Day 01: Chandigarh – Shimla
You’ll be greeted by our representative upon arrival in Chandigarh. You will soon depart for Shimla by road. En-route you can visit Parwanoo, Timbertrail, and Solan with an overnight stay at a hotel.
Day 02: Shimla Local Sightseeing
After a scrumptious breakfast, we’ll take you to a tour of Kufri Green Valley, the Indian Institute Of Advanced Studies, Sankat Mochan Temple and Jakhu Temple. In the evening you will be free to take a stroll to the famous ‘The Mall’ which is bustles up for night activity and is the main shopping area of city, The Ridge and the bustling Lower Bazaar. Spend an overnight at hotel.
Day 03: Shimla-Manali
The day will start with a yet another delicious breakfast followed by a checkout from the hotel in Shimla. We will be en-route to Manali through road over an extraordinary drive taking you across most scenic valleys and natural views.
You will be driving through Sundernagger, Mandi, Pandoh Dam, Hanogi Devi temple, and Kullu. The distance between Mandi to Manali is along the grand Beas River and is filled with picturesque sights. We will be stopping for quick picture breaks, lunch breaks and even comfort breaks on our way. By evening we will be reaching Manali where you can check-in to your hotel, freshen-up, take some rest and feel free to explore Manali’s local market in the evening.
Day 04: Manali - Solang Valley - Manali
Get up in the morning, fresh and well rested. After breakfast, we’ll drive you to the local sightseeing tour around Manali. The tour includes a drive through Kothi Gorge, Gulaba and a visit to the activity hub of Manali – the Solang Valley. Enjoy adventure sports like skiing, paragliding, snow scooter ride etc. In the evening we’ll drive you back to Manali where you will be staying at the hotel overnight.
Note - If the vehicles will be allowed to go to Rohtang pass and you are interested to make a visit to the enchanting Rohtang Pass, you’ll have to bear all the expenses of this visit.
Day 05: Manali - Dharamshala
Have your breakfast in the morning, after which you can check-out from the hotel and drive to Dharamshala via Kullu, an 8 to 9hrs journey. On your way see the stunning view of lofty mountains touching the clouds and lush green valleys floating through the mist amidst tranquil waterfalls and thick forests. Once you reach Dharamshala, you’ll be taken to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 06: Dharamshala Local Sightseeing
Post breakfast, visit Mcleodganj, Dalai Lama temple, Bhagsu water fall, Naddi, and Dal Lake. Explore the local market in the evening followed by another day of overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 07: Dharamshala-Chandigarh
Proceed back to Chandigarh railway station or airport from Dalhousie to complete the journey.
